What is your life a process of - or a process of becoming ? Can we really - truly just: "Ask and Receive" ? Where are you going and what are you doing ? Can we have an entire day where we walk thru the day "detatched" ? where we can be in the world but not of the world ? The Birth trauma: Is being born a traumatic experience that we never get over....? Military Officials like to speak of: "Shock and Awe" they say they will make the enemy have "Shock and Awe..." Are we all in shock from the dramas we have seen in the media....? It seems as if life and or the media likes to show us extreme images - of violence - war - destruction - pain - fear - aggression, life can be truly extreme... How can we create peace or even be peaceful when we live in a violent culture...

To set the day on a course of miracles, gratitude, and blessings ? We have our mental health, our physical health and also our "Spiritual Health" to attend to. What is the feeling or thoughts that you would like to have upon waking up each day ? Today is a new day and you are a new person with new thoughts, ideas, and feelings. the "unknown" does not always have to be a source of stress or anxiety: perhaps the day will carry wonderful new people, miracles and healings and insights... Each day contains things you need to do and things you want to do... there is our plan for the day and then there is a "Divine Design" for the day: most of life is a mix of these two. Perhaps you were scolded for being Spiritual or being authentic. enthusiastic. Loud. or quiet or passive ? Did you get the message that you had no permission to be in your energy? Your body? or in life ? Did you get the wrong messages about your body ? or sexuality ? or the purpose of work ? or Life ? did you get the message that you were alone with your Psychic gifts ?
