To set the day on a course of miracles, gratitude, and blessings ? We have our mental health, our physical health and also our "Spiritual Health" to attend to. What is the feeling or thoughts that you would like to have upon waking up each day ? Today is a new day and you are a new person with new thoughts, ideas, and feelings. the "unknown" does not always have to be a source of stress or anxiety: perhaps the day will carry wonderful new people, miracles and healings and insights... Each day contains things you need to do and things you want to do... there is our plan for the day and then there is a "Divine Design" for the day: most of life is a mix of these two.
