Save the World... 

The average person watches over four hours of television and media a day... 
would you believe me if I told you that if you could take seven of those minutes to meditate on Unconditional love - the entire world would be transformed... 
try it 
for seven minutes for the next week...turn off the tv set and focus and meditate on nothing but Unconditional love...flooding your mind and body and radiating out from you in all directions... 
this is gauranteed to change you and the world around you... 

dont know how to "Save the world?" 

try this - people have begun to do this around the world...everyday... 
for seven minutes....

Zen masters Inquire within....

When your younger you want to be older.... 
when your older, you want to be younger.... 
so it goes.... 
youth has its advantages...No doubt about it.... 
but so does being "older" 
being sorted out...wisdom 
comfort in your own skin.... 
the older guys carried the torch to get us here... 
the younger guys will take the torch.... 
keep love alive.... 
there was a long haul to get our community to where it is... 
I urge you to grant each other respect... 
shelter, sanctuary, acceptance, geniuine Love... 
we stand together or die alone.... 
alot of people have died so we could live... 
be the light youd like youd like to see....

Where is love ?? Kirk's Contemplations, affirmations and Meditations for the June 16th, 2011. Where is Love? Where is God ? What is God ? Are we here on this swirling ball of Earth and water to suffer at God's hand or be punished for being alive ?? Where is our Joy ??
