on peace and war

unbelievable

death--soaked

blood

testoserone

paid for with the lives of our youth...

complicated

insane

and

sobering

are some words and thoughts to describe the current

war being fought in the middle east...

attack 

attack

  attack...

i dont know about you 

but personally ever since

i was born...

and

ever since i can remember

the law of the land so to speak has been 

attack...

attack from the inside

and attack from the outside...

it seems here that blood-thirst 

division

dis-harmony

dis-unity and alienation 

dictate

and frame our lives and psyches and spirits....

as a student of meta-physics

the predominate theory of how so called reality is manifested 

is not from the outside in...

but instead 

from the inside --

out...

it would seem that "war" is everywhere...

the war here and there...

the 100 years war 

the war on terror

the war on drugs...

at war with 

sinn

drug addiction

child abuse...

and even

 the war on war...

it seems 

that war 

is everywhere 

esp inside of us...

24 hours a day -- 

all the time

yes 24 hours a day...

in magazines 

and the larger media

in video

games 

and movies...

and sports...

television and in our politics..

it might be said 

that we are always

at

and even like to be 

at

  war...

if you think about it...

our national psyche is at war and always has been...

this country was actually founded not on peace but in conflcit...

perhaps its time to look inside...

and 

defund the war by finding something inside of ourselves...

that resembles peace...

instead of 

worshipping war and wondering why there is no peace

inside all of us...

there is something

that seems to love and worship...

blood and 

death and 

pain and explosions...

and even

tradedy...

we are a yang based

ego-based

conflict based

agressive based

male dominated

based

testoserone based

and explosion based 

society...

how can we transition into something else?? is the question IMO..

how can we stop...

 creating war from the inside out...

to my mind:

thats the goal...

I urge you to:

try to find

words that support and describe peace...

words like serenity

tranquility

pax

namaste...

light and or 

love...

ask yourself...right now ?

are you 

full of peace or full of war??

we all know and understand the langauge of conflict and war...

for example:

common everyday statements like:

"I'am gonna kill you..."

"your dead."

"Screaming Bloody murder..."

"heads will roll..."

"your ass is mine..."

and of course:

"fuck off!"

are indicative to our culture

and in everyday usuage...

today you have probably said or heard or felt one or all of those words...ideas or sentiments...

heres a thought...

ours is a society that is 

really really angry and mad and almost completely quite insane...

conflicted 

and at war with itself...

at rage with itself...

but pls consider....

that 

rage and anger 

directed inward or out...

niether make you powerful nor important

and 

neither does hating people - 

groups of people -- 

an unseen enemy 

like the devil 

saddam...

the republicans

the drug dealers...

the jews 

the fags...

your boss 

or your neighboors...

or

add to your list of preferred enemies...

in conclusion...

one final thought:

pls consider that in order for there to be a war - on anything...there must be an enemy...

perhaps in order to manifest peace...

a true and lasting 

peace on earth...we first must acknowledge and stop creating enemies that are not there...

and then we can begin to create a space within ourselves...

of peace...

for an hour or a day...

please consider and take time to have your own personal day of peace...

peace within and peace without...

try to

give up your enemies and try - intend to acknowledge ways to support - keep and increase inner and outer peace...

where do u find peace?

you find peace in nature...

in love 

and in the heavens...

perhaps it is time to find it here on earth as well...

inside...

of you and me and us all...

i try to remind myself...

that 

no matter what we look like on the outside...

that on the inside were all the same...

this allows me to see myself in you and when I do than I can accept an absence of conflict...

and become

peaceful...

and lay my weapons down...

may you find it within yourself each day...and every night...

to speak of peace...

to create peace...

and to 

support peace...

pls consider

 learning a language of peace...

and most of all  

please teach peace...

if you want a peaceful society...

then teach peace

to your friends

your lovers 

 your family....

and most of all to your children...

please teach and 

create peace...

amen....
