Kirk's Contemplation for the day: Contemplation. Meditation. Affirmation. How do you being the day ? Beginning the day in peace ? In Sanity ? do you have a "Waking ritual" ? To set the day on a course of miracles, gratitude, and blessings ? We have our mental health, our physical health and also our "Spiritual Health" to attend to. What is the feeling or thoughts that you would like to have upon waking up each day ? Today is a new day and you are a new person with new thoughts, ideas, and feelings. the "unknown" does not always have to be a source of stress or anxiety: perhaps the day will carry wonderful new people, miracles and healings and insights... Each day contains things you need to do and things you want to do... there is our plan for the day and then there is a "Divine Design" for the day: most of life is a mix of these two. Contemplations affirmation and Meditation for the day 9/22/2011 Contemplation: Ever wonder why the world is the "Way it is" ? We only have to look so far as the framing documents throughout history to realize and understand what has until now "framed" our our Collective and personal "Psyches" This is where we examine the Bible - "Old and New Testaments" to figure out why the world is in such a panic and race and fear to destroy itself and create an "End Time Scenario..." As a person who has had to totally de-clutter his psyche and dump all Spiritual Concepts and Ideas that are "Not working..." ?? in order to maintain a continued recovery from addiction and alcoholism -- I was urged years ago to get a "New Higher Power..."
