Allow this vibration and energy to re-connect to the "Source..." A "healthy Ego" vrs a An un-healthy Ego" We speak of the "Ego" It seems to be in our thoughts at some point in the day... We say: "My ego is this or that..." Is your ego out of control..." What exactly is the Ego anyway ? Sigmund Freud's "Model" of the self... According to Freud - we have a triangle of the self: The "Id" the "Ego" and the "Super-Ego." I once asked a therapist to explain these to me: He said that: you could think of the three terms as: Id = animal instincts the "Ego" = Religion the super Ego = God or "God Consciousness Supposedly it is the Ego that mediates between the baser instincts and the God-consciousness....
